Additionally, we even accommodate other modes of transportation like bicycles (including electric bicycles/scooters) or rental bikes in our travel advice. Simply enter your starting point and destination and instantly receive up-to-date information for all public transport in the Netherlands. Our app is also compatible with Flex-OV services such as the watertaxi in Rotterdam. In the event of any disruptions or changes to your route, 9292 will automatically provide alternative travel advice. In the 9292 app, you have the option to purchase e-tickets directly from your travel advice. The public transport services affiliated with our app for bus,tram, metro,and ferry include Breng,Connexxion,EBS,Hermes, HTM,Keolis,RET,U-OV and Waterbus. Additionally, we cover all national trains including NS,Blauwnet,Qbuzz,Connexxion,Arriva and Keolis.

Rental made easy: partial transport

In the 9292 app, you can now find all the rental locations for OV-fiets,TIER,Donkey Republic,Check and Felyx. Plus, you can also rent various bikes within the app when you're in cities like Amsterdam,Rotterdam, and The Hague.

Travel to your favorite tunes

Plan your journey in the 9292 app and discover our unique feature: "Playlist for this trip." At the bottom of your chosen travel advice, you'll find a button that takes you to our Playlist Generator. Here, we create a playlist based on the estimated travel time of your chosen route. Simply log in to your Spotify account and we'll add the playlist to your library so that you can enjoy music during your trip.

Stay informed about occupancy

The 9292 app now provides information on expected occupancy for each mode of transport in each travel advice. This information is obtained from the respective transport services.

Enhance your journey with pre-and post-bicycle options

When planning your trip, you can select whether you prefer to walk, cycle or ride a scooter at the start or end of your journey. This allows us to provide you with the most comprehensive advice including all relevant information from point A to B. You also have the option to choose an electric bicycle or rental bike. For your convenience, we also display bicycle rental locations when you select the bicycle option. This is particularly useful for covering the last leg of your journey.

Flexible options for your departure and arrival points

The 9292 app offers multiple options for selecting your departure or arrival location, including using your current location via GPS, selecting a known location (e.g., shopping mall, station, or attraction), entering an address or bus stop, choosing from your contacts, or selecting from your frequently or recently used locations.

Customize your starting screen

You can personalize the 9292 app by adding your favorite locations and routes to the starting screen using the plus sign. This transforms the 9292 app into your own personal app for conveniently planning trips from point A to B without the need for an account. You can also add frequently used bus stops or stations to your starting screen. Now you'll always have access to up-to-date departure times for those stops.

Save your travel advice

If you have a specific travel advice that you want to save, you can do so by using the plus sign in the top right corner of the advice. You can easily find your saved travel advice by accessing the menu in the app.

Visualize your route on a map

With our travel advice, you'll also receive a map displaying your recommended route. By tapping on the map, you can view step-by-step instructions for your journey. This feature allows you to swipe through and explore your entire trip.
